As most of our products are made according to individual customer requirements, specifications and production conditions may vary from project to project. If you cannot find the answer you need, please contact us with your product requirements for more detailed assistance.
1. Can I fully customize my tote bags?
Yes. We specialize in customized canvas bags and support a wide range of customization options. You can customize the material, fabric thickness, color, bag size, bag shape, handle length, handle width, printing method, logo, closure, pockets, labels, accessories, packaging, and other details.
If you already have a reference bag, drawing, product photo, or specification sheet, you can also send it to us so that we can evaluate whether we can produce a similar or customized version.
2. What materials are available for custom bags?
We mainly offer Canvas, Cotton, Jute, Paper, PVC, Tyvek……depending on the product design and intended use.
Different materials can provide different levels of softness, structure, durability, appearance, and cost.
3. What thicknesses are available?
We can provide different canvas thicknesses depending on your requirements.
Common canvas options include approximately from 10 oz to 16 oz is commonly used, although other specifications may also be available.
4. Can I customize the color of the bag?
Yes. Both standard colors and custom colors may be available.
For projects requiring specific brand colors, you can provide a Pantone color reference or another clear color reference. We can evaluate the closest available fabric or discuss custom dyeing where appropriate.
Please note that slight color variations may occur between digital screens, fabric samples, dye lots, and different production batches.
For projects where color consistency is especially important, we recommend confirming a physical sample before mass production.
5. Can I customize the size of the bag?
Yes. The width, height, bottom gusset, side gusset, and other dimensions can be customized according to your requirements.
You can provide the dimensions directly in centimeters or inches.
6. What bag styles can you manufacture?
We can support a variety of canvas bag constructions, if you have a reference photograph or existing product, please send it to us for evaluation.
7. Can the handles be customized?
Yes. Handle length, width, material, color, and construction can be customized.
Handle reinforcement can also be adjusted depending on the intended carrying weight and product positioning.
8. What logo printing methods do you offer?
Depending on the artwork, fabric, quantity, and desired appearance, we may offer several logo customization methods, including:
Screen printing
DTG digital printing
Heat transfer printing
Embroidery
Other suitable printing or decoration methods
9. Can you print full-color artwork or photographs?
Yes, depending on the fabric and artwork.
Please send us your artwork so that we can check the resolution, colors, size, and printing requirements before recommending the best method.
10. What artwork file should I provide for logo printing?
Recommended formats may include AI, EPS, PDF, or other high-resolution design files.
If you only have a JPG, screenshot, or low-resolution logo, send it to us first. We can check whether it is suitable for production and advise you if a higher-quality file is required.
11. Can you make a mockup before I place an order?
Yes. For suitable projects, we can prepare a digital mockup to show the approximate logo position, size, and overall appearance of the customized bag.
Digital mockups are useful for confirming the general design before sampling or production.
However, digital screens cannot perfectly reproduce the color, texture, fabric structure, or final printing effect of a physical product. For projects requiring precise confirmation, we recommend producing a physical sample.
12. Can I order a physical sample before mass production?
Yes. Sample production is available for many custom projects.
A physical sample allows you to evaluate the material, dimensions, stitching, printing, color, handles, accessories, and overall construction before approving mass production.
Sample costs and sample lead times depend on the level of customization.
Shipping charges may also apply.
For highly customized products, confirming a sample before bulk production can significantly reduce misunderstandings and production risks.
13. What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity depends on the level of customization.
For existing or standard bags that only require simple logo printing, a relatively small quantity may be possible.
For fully customized projects involving custom fabric colors, special dimensions, unique structures, accessories, or custom-dyed materials, MOQ is 100 pieces because the materials and production processes must be prepared specifically for the order.
Please send us your quantity and customization requirements for an accurate MOQ.
14. Can I order a small quantity for testing?
Yes, in many cases.
We understand that brands, retailers, promotional companies, designers, and other businesses may want to test a product before placing a larger order.
For standard or existing bag styles, small trial orders are often easier to arrange.
15. Can I customize zippers, magnetic buttons, pockets, or other accessories?
Yes. Possible options include zippers, magnetic closures, snap buttons, internal pockets, external pockets, woven labels, care labels, hang tags, metal accessories, reinforced stitching, and other functional or decorative details.
Please tell us which accessories you require so we can evaluate the construction, MOQ, cost, and production feasibility.
16. Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. Depending on the project, options may include individual poly bags, folded packaging, custom labels, hang tags, barcode labels, SKU labels, or other retail-ready packaging.
If your products need to be shipped directly to warehouses, retailers, Amazon facilities, fulfillment centers, or event locations, please provide the relevant packaging requirements before production.
17. Can you manufacture bags according to my own design?
Yes. OEM and custom manufacturing projects are welcome.
18. Will the mass-produced bags be exactly identical to the approved sample?
We aim to maintain consistent quality and follow the approved specifications during production.
Minor variations in dimensions, stitching position, fabric shade, printing position, print color, or other production details may occur within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
These normal minor variations generally do not affect the intended function of the product.
19. Will the printed color look exactly the same as it does on my computer screen?
Not necessarily.
Computer monitors, mobile phones, printing equipment, inks, and fabrics reproduce colors differently.
Fabric color and texture can also influence how printed ink appears.
For projects requiring strict brand-color matching, please provide Pantone references where possible and consider approving a physical sample before mass production.
Even with controlled production, slight variations may occur between production batches.
20. Can you help me choose the right bag specification?
Yes.
If you are not familiar with canvas specifications, you do not need to determine every detail yourself.
Tell us the intended use, target customer, quantity, target budget, preferred appearance, products that will be carried inside the bag, and any reference products you like.
Based on this information, we can recommend suitable materials, thicknesses, dimensions, handles, printing methods, and structures.
